summer nights

we have been loving these summer evenings. we sit on our patio while the girls play and splash in our silver bucket.  we started a little garden on our patio and to my surprise it has blossomed in the last few weeks.  we planted baby carrots. cucumber. rosemary. mint + chard.  oregon light is gorgeous and we have been liking the long evenings here.  so far so good + we are adjusting quit nicely

ruth's fourth birthday

ruth turned four and wanted a rainbow birthday party.  we celebrated her with confetti, cake + dancing. i can't believe how fast time goes and i'm trying to cherish every moment.

beach camping

this was such a great weekend camping with my family.  we made s'mores, reminisced and soaked in the sun.  camping is my favorite and so are these people
